What do you enjoy about coaching teams?
Supporting teams and their leaders transend the orthodox and common constraints that compromise their abilities to breakthrough into sustainable high-performance. But my real passion is for coaching teams that are experiencing specific cross cultural challenges.

Ability to empathise and support team leaders during the team coaching journey, helping them to step away and create enough room for their teams to truly flourish.
