Emily specialises in coaching senior leaders and their teams through change and growth. She is a post-graduate qualified executive and team coach who works across all sectors supporting individuals and teams to break through glass ceilings. Emily also leads our Community of Practice (CoP).
What do you enjoy about coaching teams?
I love working with teams and leaders who are up for making a difference. I enjoy supporting them to recognise and be motivated to reach their full potential through awareness of self, of team, of impact and of influence. Working with teams is both exhausting and exhilarating in equal measure – I enjoy the variety and unpredictability. Teams keep me on my toes!
What are your strengths as a team coach/practitioner?
I bring energy and insight into the coaching space. I have a keen interest in neuroscience and positive psychology and uses a strengths-based approach to challenge and motivate individuals and teams.

Insightful, supportive, challenging, and fun with an ability to get quickly to the crux of the matter and hold the tension when necessary.
