Guy is an organisational psychologist with 20 years experience of working with senior leaders on an individual or group basis. He specialises in leadership and team coaching to create high-performing teams.
Why do you coach teams?
I find group dynamics fascinating and see teams at both the micro (functional team) and macro (organisation) levels to be the cornerstone of any successful endeavour.
What is different about you as a team coach?
My ability to focus on the language that is used in relation to the way the team operates with one another or with others. Additionally, my ability to get to the core of the issue quickly and then to work with the team to come up with practical solutions to move things forward.
How do your clients describe you?
Insightful, someone who challenges their thinking, creative and supportive. They often also refer to the psychological insights I provide.
