What do you enjoy about coaching teams?
Meeting and working with new teams, individuals and personalities. I love the variety and energy that comes from having to be constantly flexible and open to surprises. I’m motivated by new challenges, ideas and seeing clients shine, grow, and ‘get it’.
What are your strengths as a team coach/practitioner?
Resilience, strategic thinking, creativity and flexibility. I’m at ease with moving between modalities if in service to the team. I also worked with a team coach when I was a Chief Executive, so have a client perspective.
