I love seeing teams figuring things out, expanding the boundaries of their thinking and their belief in what is possible, witnessing them finding new ways of thinking and being together.

My curiosity, belief in potential, and that everything is open to influence, even if just a little. Holding the space for the team to figure things out – keeping the leadership and responsibility with the team.
