What do you enjoy about coaching teams?
Helping leaders and teams see the patterns that are holding them back, and then seeing people change is amazing.
What are your strengths as a team coach/practitioner?
My love of learning, curiosity, and tenacity. I focus on the present and what is happening in a team here and now – my approach is emergent and integrative.
How do your clients describe you?
Insightful and supportive yet challenging. “A breath of fresh air!”.
