Dr. Declan Woods is a business leader, chartered psychologist and multi-award-winning accredited master coach with over 20 years experience in team coaching and development. Declan is the Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation at the Association for Coaching® (AC). He led the creation of their global team coaching competencies and coaching accreditation scheme. Declan leads teamGenie and is the creator of teamSalient® – the most comprehensive team development tool on the market.
