The Association for Coaching (AC) is a leading, independent professional coaching body with members in over 80 countries whose purpose is to inspire and champion coaching excellence, advance the coaching profession and make a sustainable difference to individuals, organisations and society. As a provider of team coaching, teamGenie® is a member of the AC and abides by its code of ethics and professional conduct.

Teamgenie®’s Declan Woods volunteers as the AC’s Global Head of Team Coaching standards and designed the AC’s team coaching competency framework and accreditation scheme.
