People are complex and teams are even more complex. I love when I can help the team navigate that complexity of their different personalities, perspectives, and ways of communicating together.

Curious about people and what makes us tick, I approach every team with fresh eyes. I enjoy observing, but am not afraid to address the ‘elephant in the room’.
