Each human being is unique, and each team is a multiple of that combined uniqueness. To help to bring out the best in teams is deeply gratifying.
What are your strengths as a team coach/practitioner?
Authentic, curious and, if needed, courageous. Teams normally sit on all the answers. As a team coach, I help bring those answers into the light.

Help teams feel safe to open up. A great listener who observes but is not afraid to surface critical issues to enable teams to become even more effective.
